A Hampshire County, West Virginia witness watched a spherical-shaped object hover near his home as it beamed a spotlight onto the ground, according to testimony filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The glowing and silent object appeared to be searching for something on the ground, the witness said.

Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If West Virginia MUFON State Director John Ventre investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will update this page.

The following report and its headline is unedited.

WV, May 21, 2009 – roughly spherical illuminated object its light was golden with small red lites also sometimes. It was very definitely beaming a “spotlight” onto the earth

I just went out on my deck before retiring. My house is elevated — very clear views for a great distance. To the North of my deck is a large mountain that I believe is Town Hill Mt which I think lies in Maryland – I am very close to maryland and am just beside the Potomac – I am in Hampshire County, WV.

Honestly — I keep my eyes open for UFOs here because I can see so far and it is rural — no lights, lots of stars.
So — tonight I finally saw one. It was roughly spherical – it was totally illuminated a rich golden, almost the color of cantaloupe. It very very definitely was beaming a spotlight down onto the ground.

Where it was – is a location I look at every day — I know it well. There is nothing there but trees — it was the base of this mountain and at times it “beamed” farther up the mountain. As if it were looking for something — but there is nothing over there I dont think even any houses.

It stood PERFECTLY still a lot of the time. Usually with its “beam” shining down. If it were a helocopter I should easily have been able to hear it here — it is very quiet here and this object was not very far away — maybe 5 miles. Maybe 2 miles.

It eventually moved off toward the West — that might put it heading over Keyser, WV, maybe Springfield or Ft Ashby – maybe it would eventually get near Cumberland MD. When it moved off, it was slow. Still beamed down from time to time.

I assume that a helocopter does not glow golden with a consistent bright golden light all around it. I think a copter would have headlights — but not the entire thing would be shining bright gold.

I dont know how quickly you read these reports — but if you could forwarn someone west of me to be ready I think they could film it.

I tried to photo it — will review the pix in a minute but I dont think they will be helpful.

Giant triangle UFO at Pittsgrove, NJ – third report this month

The same witness is again reporting UFO activity from Pittsgrove, New Jersey – this report including a description of a giant triangular-shaped craft about the size of three football fields, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) case management system.

These reports are under investigation by New Jersey MUFON Director George Filer and the case has been assigned to Field Investigator Ken Pfeifer.

The same witness reported five different UFOs in his area on May 13, 2009, when he spotted one UFO to the north, described as an orange, spinning disc, that was stationary for about 30 minutes before moving northwest. Then four more UFOs appeared in the sky, hovering for about 25 minutes before moving on. In that report, he mentioned UFO activity from two weeks earlier, when a craft “landed in Green Branch Park.”

On May 17, the witness reported a “worm-like UFO” in the area.

In this latest, May 19, report, the witness said he first noticed a huge orange ball flashing a fire-like color and twinkling like a star. He moved back into his house to report the sighting to his mother, but when he stepped back outside, he now noticed a giant triangle-shaped UFO that was “at least three football fields long.”

NJ, May 19, 2009 – one triangle With 3 red lights in the back . 3 lights on the bottom . 1 circle fire ball stationary

11 20 pm . I went out side to smoke a cigarette. Then I noticed again Stationary 1/2 of a mile north from my drive way . There was a Huge orange ball ! It was flashing a fire like color , twinkling star like . I went back in side and Told my mother Linda Susan Beyer , She came out side . As Soon as I walked out side A huge at least 3 foot ball fields long A triangle shape craft stationary 1/2 of a mile north at green branch park in pittsgrove. It was rotating & stationary .

As I proceeded to Take a picture my cam area would not turn on . I ran back in the house to check it . I put new batteries in it . Ran back out side as my mother Linda Beyer watch in shock . I ran north to the rode and Try ed to take a picture , my [cms/tg/pd] camera the battery’s drained as soon as i hit click . I could not get a shot of this object . I am really pissed because this is kind of UFO I have never seen .

It stayed there over the tree lines Then vanished . The woods in front of me lit up like the color of the sun . Me and my mom got in the car and tried our best to get a picture of this thing . The dam gates of the park were locked . Then about 45 minutes later i said [cms/tg/pd] it ! I went in my house and was watching angels & demons a down load copy i got from torrentz.com . I looked out side again through my window this triangle thing . Shot straight up in the air so fast like a bullet !

our phone lines were not working , a loud humbling noise , we were hearing out side . I ran to get my dads cell phone to call Kenny pfeifer when i first seen it . But my dads cell phone was dead . 2 cars went by and stoped and i know they seen this thing !

I do not understand why its always at green branch park ? on upper neck r.d pittsgrove n.j 08318 . I will reassure you these are not our air !crafts !

I do have new pictures . of some really messed up scary [cms/tg/pd] on my cam 7 mega pixels . I will send some pictures soon . I am not going to say on here what it is , for certain reasons

NJ, May 17, 2009 – Worm shape UFOs / fireball / pictures 7 mega pixls digital.

Here are some of my weird ufo footage ! These pictures are the real deal . I had the camera very steady .

2: am . Worm like UFOs to the north west , About 1/2 a mile from my house . 254 upper neck r.d pittsgrove township nj 08318 . The cam I was using 7 mega pixels digital . These certain worm like u f o s were stationary in the sky about 100 feet up .

These certain events , Tend to happen every 2 to 3 day’s on this rode . In front of my house , is green branch park . These are the pictures , the newest ones ! Although i have not gotten a chance in the past . To upload them . I think somebody needs to get some real good equipment & bring it on out here . Allot is being missed !

my batteries drain in less then 4 minutes , bran new . out side during these events ….if you guy’s did not get my pictures – contact me . i will upload them again .

Here is the earliest report from this witness from a sighting on May 13, 2009.

NJ, May 13, 2009 – 4 UFOs to the northeast . 1 UFO to the northwest . 1/2 a mile aways 200 feet off ground.

Well again at 11 pm . We walked to the drive way once again . There was 1 UFO to the north . It was orange and it was a disc . it looked like orange fireball . After a while about 30 minutes of it being stationary . It moved to the north west . Sat there for another 15 minutes it was spinning disc . Then for more popped up , to the north east sat there stationary for about 25 more minutes . They were the same type of UFOs i bin reporting!

2 weeks ago as well from this date , There was a craft that landed in green branch park . It was all different…. it was like the same crafts i bin explaining . The guy that lives back in them woods called , the n.j state police , in bridge ton nj . 451-0101 area code 856 . There was state police all over looking for these lights ! i do not know what they seen ? green branch park is on my rode right in front of my house to the north …

one ufo flew over my house took out my lights and had a humming weird sound , very weird about 2 days ago .every time i go out side with my digital camera the batteries drain real fast & my watch stops !I would be lucky if i get 4 shots with my cam until my batteries go , as of being drained .

There is massive UFO avtivtey / the paranormal on my rode and at green branch park / garden rode

PA, May 16, 2009 – Driving home from the movies and noticed bright lights in triangle pattern.

In car with wife driving home from movies. Spouse was driving. Both of us witnessed the event. Driving NW on County Line Rd. approximately 4 miles NW of Rt 611.

Sighting started with seeing 3 birht white lights in triangle pattern low and to the left ahead of vehicle just above tree line. Lost sight for approximately 10-15 seconds due to trees. Nest saw to our left for approximately 25 seconds total. Again 3 bright white lightsin triangle pattern. Two or 3 red light now visible on underside of object. Object was now clearly siloutted against low cloud cover. Shape was a very distinct black triangle. The bright white lights were at each tip of the triangle. Object was moving slowly to the southeast.

After first sighting thought maybe it was a C-130 landing at nearby Willow Glove Naval Air Station. I am a aviation buff, former student pilot and travel weekly by commercial air. I am pretty familiar with most aircraft and can identify what is and isn’t normal. After further consideration and discussion with my wife, we know what we saw. There is no doubt in our minds this was not an aircraft. We were not paniced and tried to reacquire sighting by going back in the direction it was going but could not do so. I’ve followed UFO oly all my life but never expected to really see one. My wife was a skeptic but is now convinced.

.CO, May 13, 2009 – Triangle looking object. bright light on each of the three points.

Just about to get into the car heading to work. I saw a bright light that appeared to be a planet or bright star.

I don’t ever recall seeing a planet in this location so took a quick photo. The sun had not come up yet.

The photo shows a light in the sky but upon zooming in a triangle shaped object can easily be seen.

There is a bright light on each of the three points of the triangle.

At first I did not think it was a UFO and still don’t but it’s very unusual looking.

I did not lose sight of it, I had to go to work and figured I had not photographed anyting important until I looked at it later.

In addition I saw another object and photographed it. I have no idea what it is but it appears to be moving.

NM, May 17, 2009 – Saw a bright orange object hovering in the sky behind my house to the West.

I was on myspace when a friend said he saw something in the sky to the West, and it did not look like a star. I have always been interested in UFO’s so I went outside to see for myself, at first I could not see it. Then my boyfriend came outside to look also. I was about to give up when he said look over there behind that tree you can see something glowing. He is much taller than I am so he was able to see it, when I could not.

I went out towards the alley behind my house and could see it clearer. I was not sure what it was I was seeing all I knew was that it was not a star, or a plane, or anything I have ever seen before.

I then went inside my house to get my camera which is a Nikon D40. I went to take pictures then I discovered I did not have my SD card in my camera so I had to go back inside and get it.

I then ran back outside toward the vacant lot behind the alley. I took numerous pictures, the object in the pictures does not fully show what I saw.

It was hanging in the sky to the West, it looked like a big bright ball of fire or a bright orange ball not sure which. The object seemed to stay and hover in the same spot.

I was scared, and kind of excited I couldn’t believe it. I continued to take pictures until the light started to fade out then fully disappeared leaving no trace behind.

When I looked at the pictures on my computer I noticed when I blew them up 100% that in some of the pictures it looked like an orange cigar shaped object.

UFO spotted over Bristol

A man in Bristol has captured video footage of what he believes to be a UFO flying over Britain.

Andy Hadlington saw the mysterious blob silently hovering around and filmed it from the window of his office.

The mysterious grey object glided around the residential area of Knowle, Bristol, at 5.30pm on Sunday without making a sound

UFO experts have been trying to verify the sighting and are hoping to speak to more witnesses and views of the eerie episode.

Computer game writer Andy, 36, said: “It was the freakiest thing I have ever seen in my life. I was sitting in my office and saw it out of the corner of my eye.

“We’re not far from the airport so I thought it could even have been a low-flying plane, so I was quite alarmed.

“It was quite exciting – it sort of hovered past the houses. There was no sound. I ran downstairs and out of the garden to see where it went but I couldn’t see anything.

“My fiancée was out at the time but I’m sure other people must have seen it. It was so clear.”

Denis Plunkett, of the British Flying Saucer Bureau, based in Winterbourne, near Bristol, was unable to comment on the video but said there were ways to verify its authenticity.

Mr Plunkett, 78, said: “There are ways to sort out good from bad. Firstly they are silent, there will be no noise.

“They can also become invisible. They can go in and out of MoD radar. They can change speed, direction and height in seconds.

“The best thing is if there are multiple witnesses to the sighting. If more people saw this I’d be very interested.”

UFO filmed above Kashgar, China

This high quality footage (below) of an alleged UFO was filmed on 18 February of this year in the City of Kashgar in China’s far west in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region along the ancient Silk Road.

The footage was shot by a tourist from Beijing, Mr Lee Kwan Hing. The UFO was also seen by his father Mr Li Ji.

‘Me and my father were walking through a park near the Science and technology Complex returning to our hotel when I noticed a very bright and clear object in the sky that appeared too close and too bright to be star. I used a Panasonic High Definition camcorder to take the film. As I zoomed in on the object I noticed that it had the form of a yo-yo and I could make out geometric patterns on the object.’

One Man’s Early Alien Contacts ETAP in Canada in the 1960s

I am a Canadian who has been very interested in UFOs for a long time.

Many years ago, in my mid teens (1964 1965 1966), I witnessed UFO activities in the sky on several occasions here in Montreal, in the Laurentian Mountains and in Matane, Quebec, Canada.
I also saw a UFO in Silver Spring, MD & Washington DC in the sky above Madeleine Rodeffer’s home, while visiting her. She was associated at the time with George Adamski.

I met her through the Montreal UFO club the year Adamski died when she came and gave a conference. Since then my life and passion in life has always been UFOs, even if at times I had put it on a back burner.

After a successful career in the movie business, I am a now a young retiree in my fifties, still with the same passion and obsession, i.e. UFO.

I am searching and trying to understand the reasons for my past. I also believe that while seeing the ships in the sky during the daytime, I was being abducted during the night.

I remember humming Beatles tunes to myself in the daytime while walking in the country, but instead of the words of the songs, I used to hum thoughts and words to them that I used to send out to them in my mind my wish to see them.

To my surprise, I did not realize then that they could be the UFOS and that the occupants picked up my thoughts, which attracted them. Often they would show up only for a few seconds or for a minute or two.

In the autumn of 1965, one ship awoke me during the night followed by 7 others. Days later this story had hit the papers because of many others that had seen the ships.

Being naïve and innocent at 15 years of age, I thought that everything coming from the sky had to be good and nice. Later, an adult friend at the time who was much into this topic warned me to be very careful because of the “negative Aliens “and the men on Black.
The men in Black had invaded Madeleine Rodeffer’s home and seized a portion of her UFO film. That was a film showing when a UFO came down while she and George Adamski filmed it. It was flying over the treetops over her home.

Since then I have been able to watch them from a distance, but I could not overcome the fear of what would come out of the ship to make a full contact. My mind was too scared and could not accept their appearance if different or out of the norms, or if they were evil in some way.

However there are three contacts that I remember very well.

The first Alien was present in a light brown, pinkish awful room in the spacecraft.

However I could not and was not allowed to see him. (Dream like state)

The second alien was a Caucasian type man and he had really short hair. I was stunned because his hair was so short and told him so while he was piloting the ship. (Dream like state.)

The third alien was a very handsome Nordic type Caucasian that I bumped into with a friend the elevator in the Library of Congress in 1966. This alien was in a very physical form and this event also happened during the daytime.

Through telepathy (and a cat a mouse game that he played and directed), he revealed himself in a very funny way (for a reason) in the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.

China UFO

A resident of a high-rise residential complex was lucky enough to see and film a UFO with her mobile phone in the city of Chongqing in Sichuan Province, China. The UFO which darted around as it was filmed also changed colours rapidly. The sighting occurred on May 4 early last week and the story was broadcast on local news channels as well as throughout China.
Interest in UFOs is currently at an all time high in the Peoples Republic of China and many citizens are wondering about the extent of knowledge that their government has on the topic. The government for its part generally denies the UFO phenomena however many local Space observatories concede that they have encountered objects in the atmosphere that they are unable to explain and some directors of such institutions believe they have seen alien craft.
