Charges filed against WHO and UN for Bio terrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

On July 3 2009 I received a report from a witness living out in Scarborough Ont.

The object seems to be the type that changes shapes. The witness had a camera on hand and took some nice picture below is he’s story fallowed by some interesting pictures

.Shape shifting object

After alone exiting Eglinton Squares Mall from lunch at the eastside of the Mall.I noticed a weird black object pass overhead at about 100-200 feet directly above.It was moving on a straight flightpath, eastward at about between 20-40 kms/h .The size appeared about approx. 2-3 feet in diameter.It looked like it was changing shape,which was the weird part of the attraction to look up.I ran quickly to my car and started it up. I pulled out and quickly drove down through parking lot with caution at about 80-100 yards east to the end.While positioning my car facing east on the driverside.I rolled down my window and grabbed my Canon Camera SD890_IS 10MP.I watched it for a 10 seconds and started to take four pictures in 5-10 seconds intervals.I had observed the object at Pharmacy Road, facing eastward.That\’s when the black object had stopped over Warden Ave and south of Eglinton .While taking the pictures. I observed it started lift higher in altitude.After the fourth picture taken,I than again paused to look at it .Then again the object started to move eastward.Suddenly,it downpoured of rain. Instantly,I lost sight of the object.I examined the four pictures taken.Each picture clearly illustrates , a morphing unique shape.The last shape appears like a heart.This sighting had only lasted between 5-7 minutes .On the following Monday,three days later. September 8th,2008 at 10:52am in Scarborough.I was at work and felt a loud rumbling sound above our work roof.I quickly grabbed my my camera and ran outside the dock within 20 seconds.I took a couple of pictures of a large military cargo plane [ C-130 ] heading southwest.I do believe the purpose of this tactic may have been to shoo away any UFO\’s over my work roof and or area.I have previously witnessed unknown aerial anomalies along with other witnesses here at work in the day.This enhanced picture attached to this report.Shows another possible silver anomaly near the plane.These close events that I have witnessed.Questions if there was a connection here added with possible missing time.I do believe the black morphing object was a probe monitoring the area here in Scarborough that day.

Another UFO sighting in China.
A UFO with red and blue blinking lights has been seen and video taped by witnesses in the city of Chengdu on July 2 2009.
Witnesses say the same object was seen in the central Chinese city of Xi’an only the night before. What can it be military or extraterrestrial?
This UFO created panic in the areas where it has appeared.why? Editor Michael Cohen  an expert on Asian sightings said that he’s received email from some people living in China that seen this object and are now scared because they think its an invasion i think this UFO is some sort of military craft.But if so many people seen this object then why are we not seeing video’s

Idaho UFO playing chicken

A witness in Idaho sees strange object that looks to him its about to crash then comes to a full stop to hover only a few feet from the grown.

Idaho UFO makes two ‘crash-like’ maneuvers; hovers low over field

June 30, 2009 – It was flying really fast, with really bright lights.

i was driving home from a friends house at about 11 pm on june 30th 09. i thought i was seeing an airplane about to crash into the ground 2 mins from me.

i was so scared because i thought it would blow up right there in front of me. it was going so fast twards the ground and then stopped abruptly.

it hovered for a second and took off really fast twards the left at a 45 degree angle.it was so strange so i started to pay attention.

then it looked like it was about to crash a second time, but didnt once again. about 1 min later i was driving right next to the thing. the lights were really really bright. big white lights and smaller blue ones in a pattern. [white, blue, white, blue and so on]. not like any aircraft i have seen.

it was hovering 3-4 feet over a field. then it took off past me right as i was driving by. there were a few people pulled over behind me so im sure they were watching it too.

On July 2 2009 8:30 PM A UFO sighting in the city of Chengdu, China witness by thousand of residence in the area.

They say that in this part of china there’s a base that is like Roswell and an alien craft crashed in the area back in 1947 of course. I find this really hard to believe but will give the benefit of the dought.

This UFO seen on July 2 2009 was moving across the sky above witnesses homes. The sighting is being treated as a massive sighting

The government news agency say that thousand of people ran out of there home to witnesse this event. Chinese lanterns are being disregarded from this sighting witnesses say it wasn’t lanterns but something out of the ordinary. Below you will see the video of what these people have seen. I have seen this video and not impress by it at all. If I can find the hole video and not just a few second to examine what I’m looking at maybe I would  look at this sighting with a different perspective to what it may be.
