Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Laurance Rockefeller Initiative

Introduction

In January 2001, the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) released to me 991 pages of documents related to an Freedom of Information Request asking for documents related to UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and the Rockefeller Initiative.

The documents consist of all the correspondence coming into and going from the office on the requested subjects. There is some internal correspondence on these issues. All FOIAs filed in the areas of UFOs were included in the package. Most of the 991 pages are related to the Rockefeller Disclosure Initiative set up to gain declassification of all UFO files held by the United States government.

An interesting video of the alignment of the Galatic planes

On Jan 08 2010 UFO sightings are still very slow in Canada but rising in the USA. I haven’t found anything interesting so I decided to keep looking. I came across this video.

I think its very interesting it shows us picture of anomalies of the Planet Mars. Watch this video with an open mind. Can it be possible.

A witness saw a green fireball with a yellow belt leaving a trail in the sky around 5h30 pm. on that cloudy day.
It swooshed silently by (2 or 3 seconds) in a straight line over Des Acadiens street in the city of Quebec so it is to wonder where the sound of a ”mabe” military aircraft 4 to 5 minutes after the object had passed was coming from.

WASHINGTON (AP) — NASA’s new planet-hunting telescope has found two mystery objects that are too hot to be planets and too small to be stars.

The Kepler Telescope, launched in March, discovered the two new heavenly bodies, each circling its own star. Telescope chief scientist Bill Borucki of NASA said the objects are thousands of degrees hotter than the stars they circle. That means they probably aren’t planets. They are bigger and hotter than planets in our solar system, including dwarf planets.

“The universe keeps making strange things stranger than we can think of in our imagination,” said Jon Morse, head of astrophysics for NASA.

The new discoveries don’t quite fit into any definition of known astronomical objects, and so far don’t have a classification of their own. Details about the mystery objects were presented Monday at a meeting of the American Astronomical Society in Washington.

For now, NASA researcher Jason Rowe, who found the objects, said he calls them “hot companions.”

How hot? Try 26,000 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s hot enough to melt lead or iron

This video is interesting as you can see the UFO is going from left to right and back to left, What can it be.? Maybe a helicopter they both seem to have the same flight characteristic.
